Cecile'S Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    salmon liquor (liquid drained from salmon)
    milk (enough to fill 1 c. with the salmon liquid)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cook onion until yellow.
    Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper; brown lightly.
    Put salmon liquor in cup and pour in milk to make one cup.
