Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 packs crescent rolls
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (for buttermilk)
    fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, whatever you like)
Preparation
    Using a cookie sheet, roll and press crescent rolls onto pan. Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing together and spread on top of cooled crescent rolls.
    Chop vegetables into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
    (Use 3 or more vegetables of your choice.)
