Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick oleo
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour, oleo and nuts; press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Mix Cool Whip, vanilla, powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Spread over cooled crust.
Mix both packages of instant pudding with 3 cups milk.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour over other mixture.
Top with more Cool Whip, then chopped pecans on top.
