Fruited Tea Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
1 1/2 Tbsp. ginger preserves or a small piece of finely chopped, candied ginger
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion or chives
1/4 tsp. salt or onion salt
1 loaf raisin bread, sliced and crusts removed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except bread.
Spread mixture on slices.
Sandwiches can be open-face or cut into fancy shapes.
