Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. water
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 c. half and half
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour and 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Bring water to a boil and cook broccoli according to package directions. Add spices, cheese, half and half and butter.
In separate cup, mix 1/2 cup cold water and 1/3 cup flour. Add slowly to soup while stirring. Cook until slightly thick.
