Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups shredded chicken
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese
1 can black olives, sliced
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
6 or 8 large flour tortillas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly grease baking sheet.
Spread cheese evenly over half of each tortilla.
Top with chicken, green onions, tomatoes and black olives.
Fold tortillas in half over filling.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut tortillas in half.
Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
