Pistachio Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O pistachio instant pudding
    1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    7 drops green food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.
    Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired, or glaze with water and confectioners sugar mixture.
