Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. melted margarine or butter
1 bag Kraft caramels
1 German chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine cake mix with 1/3 cup evaporated milk and margarine. Add pecans. Press half of the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Drop chocolate chips evenly
over hot cake. Then spread melted caramels over chocolate chips.
Crumble remaining cake mixture on top.
Return to oven and continue baking an additional 15 to 18 minutes.
