Southwest Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    2 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. each onion, green and red pepper
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil; remove from skillet.
    Cook peppers and onion until tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serve over rice.
