Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Crust for 2 pies, rolled out together
    2 - 3 c. peeled and chopped apples
    cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle on apples
Preparation
    Roll out the 2 pie crusts together. Spread the apples onto the crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and slice into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices.
    Place in baking pan.
