Upside-Down Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine and mix thoroughly.
    Press into pan over catsup and sugar mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    After baked, turn out upside down onto platter.
    Slice and serve.
