Not So Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 rib celery, minced
    1/2 green pepper, seeded and chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. tomato sauce (use prepared)
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    4 rolls, halved and toasted or 8 slices corn bread
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Stir in onion, celery, green pepper and oregano. Cook until tender.
    Crumble in the ground beef.
    Cook thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients through the black pepper.
    Cook longer.
    Stir again and add Tabasco, if using, and cook until bubbly and heated through.
    Spoon over toasted rolls (poppy seed) and serve.
