Divinity Peanut Butter Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/2 c. water
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup and water to hard boil stage.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add to syrup mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat 4 to 5 minutes.
    Knead on board covered with powdered sugar.
    Roll in oblong shape.
    Spread with peanut butter.
    Roll up; chill, then cut.
