Reuben Sandwich Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans corned beef
1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed
several tomatoes, sliced thin (you can use well-drained canned tomatoes)
1 (8 oz.) jar Thousand Island dressing
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
rye bread, crumbled or cubed
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan (greased well) crumble corned beef in bottom.
Put sauerkraut over corned beef.
Put tomatoes over sauerkraut.
Over tomatoes, drizzle Thousand Island dressing. Spread Cheddar cheese over dressing.
Crumble or cube rye bread over top of cheese to cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until it bubbles, 30 to 45 minutes.
