Sauteed Spinach A La Catalain - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 bunches fresh spinach leaves
4 oz. Prosciutto, chopped
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. pine nuts, toasted
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Wash spinach well.
Pat dry and set aside. Toast pine nuts in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 to 2 minutes. Turn frequently.
Set aside.
