Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1/2 green pepper
    3 Tbsp. canned pimiento
    1/2 small onion
    2 stalks celery
    2 tsp. salt
    3 boiled eggs
    3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise (add more, if desired)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done; drain.
    Dice potatoes, pepper, onion and celery.
    Combine all the dry ingredients, except eggs.
    Add mayonnaise (or salad dressing).
    Stir gently.
    Add cut up eggs. Stir gently again.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
