Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, cooked
1 sweet pepper
1 sweet onion
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Drain carrots and cool.
Mix carrots, peppers and onions.
In a saucepan, mix soup, oil, sugar and vinegar.
Heat until sugar is melted.
Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well.
Pour over carrots and let set overnight or 2 or 3 days.
