Coconut Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 1/2 oz.) box white cake mix (Duncan Hines preferred)
1/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can Coco Lopez cream of coconut
1 (1 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat together cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream and cream of coconut.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
