June'S Saucy Sandwich Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 hot dog buns
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. flour
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 lb. wieners, chopped
3 Tbsp. hot bacon fat
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 c. chopped celery

Preparation

Brown wieners and onions in fat.
Take from heat; blend in remaining ingredients except cheese.
Cook until center is tender, about 5 minutes.
Add cheese and heat until cheese melts; remove from heat.
Split buns and fill with mixture.
Wrap each in foil; heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
