Grandma'S Famous Spiced Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. lard
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. currants (if desired)

Preparation

Pour into 2 small pans.
Sprinkle with topping and bake.
