Baked Oysters Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 dozen oysters
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Italian cheese
2/3 c. minced parsley
Preparation

Drain oysters.
Combine butter, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, wine and garlic.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.
