Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices bread, broken into small pieces
1 lb. sausage
12 eggs, beaten
2 to 2 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
2 c. cheese, diced
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Break into small pieces.
Stir sausage, cheese and eggs together.
Pour over bread in baking dish.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
