Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    1 large onion
    2 small cans chili peppers
    2 small cans mushrooms
    3 tsp. chili powder
    3 tsp. garlic powder
    2 large containers sour cream
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 pkg. tortillas
    1 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Chop into bite size pieces.
    Chop onion.
    Put chicken, onion, chili peppers and drained mushrooms in large saucepan.
    Add spices, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add about 1/2 container sour cream.
    Heat to mix flavors.
    Mix in chicken broth.
