Millionaire Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 (20 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
Preparation
    Coat graham cracker crusts with beaten egg yolk.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes; cool.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; mix well.
    Add well drained pineapple, whipped topping, walnuts and all but 16 cherry halves.
    Mix well.
    Divide mixture between prepared crusts. Refrigerate overnight.
    Decorate each with 8 cherry halves before serving.
