The Famous Valley Grandma Penz Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cheese
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped chives (or to taste)
    1 Tbsp. (or to taste) imported paprika
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese; mix ingredients together.
    Shape cheese into a ball using wax paper.
    Leave wax paper wrapped around cheese and place in freezer.
    Take cheese ball out 30 to 45 minutes before serving.
    Serves 15 to 20 people.
