Great Grandmother'S Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine (Parkay or Blue Bonnet)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs thoroughly. Blend flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Stir in with margarine
    mixture. Shape dough in 1-inch balls. Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon.
    Put onto ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
