Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water (reserved from cooking broccoli)
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 small onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 c. corn flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Save 1 1/2 cups water.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Mix broccoli, rice, onion and water.
    Add mushroom soup and Cheez Whiz.
    Top mixture with 2 tablespoons melted margarine and 3/4 cup corn flake crumbs.
    Bake in greased 9 x 12-inch pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
