Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix potatoes with soup, sour cream, onion and melted oleo.
    Add 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Reserve remaining 1/4 cup cheese as garnish.
    Pour mixture into a well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Garnish with reserved cheese if desired.
    Can top with crushed corn flakes.
    Makes 8 servings each with 243 calories, 14 g. fat and 33 mg.
    cholesterol.
