Chicken Flamingo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast, coated in Italian bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1/4 c. grated provel cheese
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) chicken stock
    1/4 c. (2 oz.) dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1 tsp. chopped Prosciutto ham
    1/16 tsp. dry red pepper flakes
    2 Tbsp. (1/4 stick) butter, rolled in 2 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute chicken breast in butter or oil until golden brown. Place chicken in baking dish.
    Put cheese on top of chicken.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
    Keep hot.
    Meanwhile, put stock, wine, garlic, broccoli, mushrooms, ham and peppers in a skillet. Bring to a boil and thicken by adding butter rolled in flour. Serve over hot chicken.
    Serves 1.
