Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. link sausage (turkey may be used)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain and cut into slices.
    Place bread cubes into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Place sausage on top of cheese.
    Beat eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and dry mustard together.
    Pour over the bread mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, dilute soup with 2 tablespoons milk and pour over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
