Casserole Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 or 10 medium potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 stick softened butter
Preparation

Cook peeled
potatoes in small amount of boiling water until tender, then drain. Beat cream cheese with sour cream. Add hot potatoes gradually, beating until light and fluffy. Add more sour cream, if necessary. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon potatoes into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Brush with softened butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
Warm in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
