Sandy K'S Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. lard
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. mashed potatoes
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 to 3/4 c. self-rising flour
3 egg whites
1 c. black walnuts
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix together lard, sugar, mashed potatoes and egg yolks.
Add cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and vanilla.
Stir well and add milk and self-rising flour.
Set aside.
