Crispy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. (unsalted) popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo
    1 tsp. salt
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Boil sugar, Karo, oleo and salt for 5 minutes.
    Take off heat and add soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popcorn and mix well.
    Pour onto cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
