Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head firm white cabbage
    1 stalk celery
    2 green peppers
    2 sweet red peppers
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and finely chop other vegetables.
    Combine in bowl and add other ingredients.
    Let stand for an hour.
    When ready to serve, stir well.
