Mock Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. parsley, minced
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. lettuce, shredded
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 can chow mein noodles
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. sesame seed, toasted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can mock chicken loaf or 1 can Fri-Chik, diced
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, parsley, onions, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and sesame seed.
    Blend well and set aside.
    Combine lettuce, chicken-like meat and celery; refrigerate.
    Just before serving, combine the two mixtures with crisp noodles and toss gently.
    To toast sesame seed, I put them in a heavy skillet over low heat and stir until toasted to a straw color.
