Vegetarian Nutmeat Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. minced mushrooms (use lemon juice to keep light color)
    1 c. minced walnuts
    2 c. bread crumbs
    3 whole eggs
    1 c. minced onion
    pinch of nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in frying pan; add mushrooms, walnuts and onion and stir until almost cooked.
    Stir in seasoning and bread crumbs. Stir in eggs and mix well.
    Let mixture get cold.
    Shape mixture into cutlet shape or rounds.
    Dip in flour, then egg, then flour and pan-fry until golden brown.
