Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. stewing chicken (including gizzard, neck and heart)
    1 large onion
    1 large carrot, diced
    2 stalks celery and leaves
    1 bay leaf
    6 peppercorns
    1 qt. boiling water per lb. of chicken
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Note:
    Chicken soup is a cure all to good health.
