Lazy Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 can tart, pitted cherries
1 c. sugar (optional)
Preparation

Melt the butter in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and milk.
Pour the batter over the melted butter.
Pour in the cherries with the juice.
Sprinkle with the extra cup of sugar, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
