Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
    1 can French onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can onions.
    Pour into a 1-quart dish.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
