Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. eggs
2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery salt
1 large onion
Preparation
-
Heat, but do not boil, vinegar and celery salt.
Cook eggs and peel while still warm.
Add onion.
Pour vinegar mixture over eggs and onions.
Let stand for 2 days.
Better if left to stand longer.
