Peanut Butter Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 c. Rice Krispies
    2 c. corn flakes
    1/8 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Heat in double boiler (do not cook) 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup corn syrup.
    Add peanut butter, Rice Krispies, corn flakes, salt and vanilla.
    Smooth into 8 x 12-inch pan.
