Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1 qt. tomatoes
2 Tbsp. bacon fat
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 lb. hot sausage
1 1/2 lb. chuck
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. wine (optional)
Preparation

Cut sausage and chuck into chunks.
Mince garlic, chop onion and simmer all ingredients until thick (one or two hours).
