Hot Water Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lard (half pkg.)
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir lard, salt, sugar and boiling water together until it is a creamy mass and well blended.
    Then stir in flour.
    Chill at least 30 minutes.
    This crust is good kept in refrigerator for several weeks and can also be frozen.
