Ethel'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    pepper
    salt
    garlic, if desired
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. celery, cup up
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, cut up
    1 medium onion, cut up
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, shape into loaf, wrap in foil.
    Put 3 tablespoons ketchup on top.
    Add a little water.
    Bake until done (approximately 2 hours).
