Garden Club Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 c. seedless grapes
    1 tsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. to 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    olives (for garnish)
    1 c. finely cut celery
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    crisp lettuce or other greens
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, grapes, nuts, onion, salt, mayonnaise and cream.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce or greens and garnish with olives or pickles.
    Serves 6.
