Quick, Rich, Moist Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
    1 egg, well beaten
    milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in butter.
    Break the egg into a measuring cup and add enough milk to make a cup.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir milk-vanilla mixture into the dry ingredients.
    Spoon batter in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with Honey Bee Glaze.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Reheat for 5 minutes before serving.
