Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    rice (as much as needed for number of people to be served)
Preparation
    Cook rice and cook hamburger separately.
    Clean out inside of peppers; then boil until somewhat tender.
    Drain off fat from hamburger; add the sauce and cooked rice.
    Cook for 10 minutes. Then fill peppers with mixture and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Put these in casserole pan; bake at 200\u00b0 until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
