Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers or jalapen peppers
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 to 3 Tbsp. ground cumin seed
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Cook 30 minutes to 1 hour or until desired consistency.
Process in jars.
I use a water bath for 15 to 30 minutes.
