Homemade Cottage Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    3 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. cultured buttermilk
    2 qt. boiling water
    butter or cream
    salt
Preparation
    Stir dry milk into 3 3/4 cup water; add buttermilk.
    Let set in covered container at room temperature for about 16 to 18 hours. The cheese should be thick and the curd and whey separated.
