Ingredients

2 lbs. beef round steak, about 1 inch thick
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. shortening or oil
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 - 8 oz. can pizza sauce
1/2 C. water
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 medium onion, sliced
Cooked noodles
Preparation

Cut the steak into 6 serving sized pieces. Combine the flour, salt and pepper and pound into steak. Pour the oil in a skillet and brown the meat slowly on both sides. Transfer to a 12x7 baking dish.
